An accredited short course, Work Readiness is led by a virtual instructor, comes in varying course lengths and offers a digital badge and certificate upon completion.

The virtual work readiness course aims to prepare learners, graduates & young hires for the workplace, by providing experiential training and Youth Coaching in a supportive learning environment.

It is often our habits and state of psychology that holds us back from acting on what we know, even when the information is compelling. Sivuka's Integrated Coaching Model provides young talent a space to reflect and discover what it will take for them to personally adopt what they are learning, and put it into practice. This unique learning model also enables delegates to learn from each other, simulating team work and understanding of group dynamics. Between training and coaching, delegates are prompted to practice what they learn, so that it moves from theory to habit.

"Please continue being the light bearers for the youth, this is an awesome course and it really got me out of my comfort zone as an individual. Thank you so much." - Trevor Sephiri, Hollard Insurance
